FlashDrop is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our Shopify app, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

What Data We Collect
- Store domain name (e.g., your-store.myshopify.com)
- Campaign settings (discount percentage, timer duration, cooldown period, colors, and text preferences)
- Anonymous visitor identifiers to manage timer sessions and cooldown periods
- Shopify session data required for app authentication

What We Do Not Collect
- Customer names, emails, or personal information
- Payment or billing information (handled entirely by Shopify)
- Browsing history or analytics data from your store visitors
- Product data, order data, or customer lists

How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the FlashDrop service — storing your campaign settings, managing countdown timer sessions, creating Shopify discount codes, and enforcing cooldown periods. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering our core service.
Section 04
Discount Codes
FlashDrop creates Shopify discount codes on your behalf using the Shopify Admin API. These codes are created in your Shopify store and are fully visible in your Shopify Admin under Discounts. FlashDrop does not create hidden or unauthorized discounts. You retain full control over all discount codes at all times.

Data Storage
All data is stored securely in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on Railway infrastructure. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information at all times.
Section 06
Data Deletion
When you uninstall FlashDrop, all your campaign settings and timer session data are automatically deleted from our servers. Discount codes created in your Shopify store remain until you manually remove them. You may also request manual data deletion at any time by contacting us at

Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties. Your information remains exclusively within the FlashDrop service.

GDPR Compliance
We comply with GDPR requirements. We respond to customer data requests and deletion requests through Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks as required by the Shopify Partner Program.
